Summary of Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the review of evaluation packages received from the departments to ensure compliance with Joint Commission HR standards.
  • Respond to employee, manager, and HR Team requests and escalate issue as appropriate.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding as well as employee exit meetings.
  • Monitor applicable human resourcerelated requirements to ensure legal compliance.
  • Transfer/scans employee files, ensures completion of all required compliance paperwork, input required data into PeopleSoft.
  • Scan employee records into OnBase.
  • Assists with data management and maintenance.
  • Responsible for departmental reporting, data integrity, and accuracy of HR systems.
  • Records all employee transferring in and out of the Network into the HR Records Management Tracking Database. Forwards file to the new facility or agency.
  • Files completed evaluated packages and all other required documents into the employee's files. Maintains/Monitors quality control of Personnel Folders.
  • Provides miscellaneous administrative support
  • Human Resources departmental invoices, auditing of files, etc.
  • Run monthly license reports from PeopleSoft and update employee profile.
  • Assist supervisors and managers with techniques for handling discussions that involve performance feedback, employee development and other employee relations needs.
  • Participates in Human Resources File Audits in preparation for Surveys governing H+H (i.e. TJC, OMH, Article 28, DOH, etc.).
  • Maintain employee information confidentiality.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications


  • Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
  • High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
