Job Brief:
Located in Phoenix, this position provides administrative support to the officers of the Private Banking Department. This position also provides prompt, efficient service and assistance to all Private Banking clients.

Job Summary:
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Prepares letters, memorandums, reports and credit/debit items; processes payments, advances, and wire transfer requests; assists officer in opening new accounts and preparing loan papers.
- Assists lending officers on cleanup of documentation exceptions, requests financial statements when due and assists in the insurance monitoring of credit relationships
- Processes foreign currency orders when needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of administrative experience required
- Banking experience and a beginning understanding of commercial and real estate lending is helpful, but not required
