SUMMARY:
Responsible for all functions of recruitment and admission of students to NYCTCM adhering to NYCTCM policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit students through open houses, website development, interviews, and advertisements

Participate in formulation of college marketing strategies

Schedule and manage open houses

Manage the admissions process including conducting interviews, determining admissions status, creating student records and processing admissions documentation

Work with Academic Dean in evaluation of transfer credit
:

Create and maintain student admissions files
:

Conduct outreach to local college career offices
:

Recruit and process I-20 international students
:
-
Serve as liaison with NYS Health Department to ensure compliance with immunization requirements

Serve as liaison with Veterans Affairs Dept. in recruitment and processing of GI Bill students.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
B.A. degree required. Experience in educational administration preferred. Excellent organization and people skills. General capability in Microsoft office software. Educational software experience (such as Popili) a plus, as is language capability in Mandarin Chinese and/or Korean. Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine is also desirable.

$ $35.00 per year
