- Participate in the administration of compensation programs, including merit, bonus, and equity components
- Actively participate in equity planning, utilizing previous experience in stock plan administration
- Prepare and provide information to employees about stock plan eligibility, vesting schedules, and exercsie process
- Work on the day-to-day operations of the stock plans, including processing equity grants, exercises, and releases, preparing grants and processing employee transactions
- Participate in other compensation related activites such as proposals, job evaluations, promotion requests, and salary surveys
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity and compensation programs while providing excellent service to team members at all levels
- Support HR reporting and analytics, ensuring quality data and metrics are available for business needs, including data analysis
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and compliance requirements affecting stock plans
- Participate in HR projects, contributing to initiatives with a focus on project tasks and deliverables, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field with knowledge of equity processes and administration
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and ideas to others
- Have confidence and be able to easily build meaningful relationships with your manager and members of your team
- Must be able to prioritize your tasks, be self-aware enough to identify and correct mistakes, and not be afraid to ask for help when needed
- Be active in seeking out ways to improve yourself and gain new knowledge, and be enthusiastic in sharing knowledge with others
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and managing carrier connections
- Previous experience with Equity Edge
- Be able to travel 1-2 times per year between AZ and VA offices
