For the further development and expansion of a successful medical technology company in Neuss, we are currently seeking a "Commercial Manager (m/f/d) in training".

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing the entire financial accounting
  • Monitoring and processing of payments and reminders
  • Conducting and monitoring liquidity management
  • Creating monthly reports, budget controlling, and business plans
  • Preparing annual financial statements according to HGB in collaboration with our tax consulting firm
  • Handling all operational and accounting tasks together with the bookkeeper you will lead
  • Conducting payroll accounting
  • Potential takeover of the commercial management in the course of the company's successful growth

Your qualifications:

  • Solid and conclusive experience in a similar position
  • Completed university degree or comparable professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and balance sheets
  • Training as a certified accountant
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally experience with Microsoft Business Central software (Navision)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German, English skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic team
