Completed technical education with further training as a technician, alternatively completed technical university degree
Relevant work experience in the mentioned areas and application of common Qtools such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
Knowledge of the APQP model or RGA is an advantage
DGQ / TÜV certification(s) are an advantage (auditor, quality specialist, quality officer, quality manager or comparable training)
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Confident in dealing with customers and suppliers
Practical approach
Communication skills and empathy
Willingness to travel

Your Tasks

Interface to the customer for all Qrelated topics, using common Qtools such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, etc. Communication with customers during ongoing operations, including selfdisclosures, special releases, and customer visits.
Preparation, execution, and followup of customer audits and visits
Application of regulations and standards in the automotive industry
Documentation of capability indices and special characteristics to the customer
Requalification according to customer requirements
Ensuring and maintaining the contractually agreed delivery quality
Planning and controlling of product audits and stock audits
