Your responsibilities:


  • Support the Research & Development team in current research and development projects for innovative joining and surface technologies
  • Metallographic and mechanicaltechnological characterization of our innovatively manufactured assemblies made of steel and aluminum
  • Creation of micrographs, characterization of joining connections, and conducting destructive material tests

Your profile:


  • Student of a technical field of study (e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, manufacturing technology, etc.)
  • Willingness to work at least 15 hours per week at our location in Attendorn (with the possibility of working before/after exams)
  • Previous knowledge in material testing is desirable but not required (intensive training and supervision will be provided)
  • Good MS Office skills.
