    Arrival was spun off from our parent company in 2022 and features a new mortgage product that offers a simple yet innovative solution to homebuyers competing with cash offers, power buyers, and the desire to buy their next home before selling. An Arrival bridge loan enables homeowners to quickly and easily tap the equity in their current home to help them buy their next home. Arrival provides homebuyers with a loan up to 100% of the purchase price of their next home, secured by the equity in their existing home. And unlike other buy-first solutions, homeowners can choose their own real estate agent and conventional mortgage lender.

    Arrival Home Loans Internship Role Description: Marketing & Research Intern

    We are seeking a career-minded super-star marketing or business student for our remote, paid Summer 2024 internship program at Arrival Home Loans, the top private money-backed consumer bridge loan lender in the United States.

    Overview & Responsibilities:

    Based in the SF Bay Area, Arrival's Summer Intern is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated 3rd or 4th year university student who wants to be part of our close-knit team and learn from the very best in the industry. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will work closely with our team to contribute to meaningful business development projects and gain valuable skills in research methodology, marketing strategies, and data analysis techniques. This program aims to give students an engaging, comprehensive, and challenging internship experience with three key focal points.

    RESEARCH:

    o Assist in data collection and analysis for ongoing market research projects.

    o Collaborate with team members to compile research findings and prepare reports and models for internal and external use.

    MARKETING:

    o Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

    o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify prospects, trends, and opportunities.

    o Assist in content creation, including designing promotional materials and advertisements.

    DATA ANALYSIS:

    o Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and present findings to team.

    o Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to derive insights to support decision-making.

    o Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and data management systems.

    Qualifications:

    o Current rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in either Marketing or Business, or a related field (e.g.[MD1] economics, real estate, or other related field) at an accredited university/college.

    o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve and draw meaningful conclusions from data.

    o Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

    o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, & Dropbox.

    o Ability to take initiative, work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, while managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    o Willingness to learn new tools & tasks and take on additional responsibilities, while being open to constructive feedback.

    o Prior experience in research, marketing, data analysis, and/or real estate is a plus, but not required.

    o Must be located in either Florida or California during the course of the internship.

    Duration and Compensation:

    This is a part-time (25 hours per week) paid internship opportunity, with a duration of 8 weeks during the summer months June 17 – August 16, 2024.

    Interns will receive a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience and performance.
