Our client, Haas Fertigbau GmbH, is a successful and forward-thinking family business in the field of prefabricated timber construction with multiple locations throughout Europe. With a team of approximately employees and a strong focus on medium-sized structures, they have decades of expertise and a continuous development of their various business areas. To further strengthen their professional team, we are currently looking for a dedicated individual as a Project Manager for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Construction (m/f/d) in southern Germany.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, turnkey timber construction projects in the areas of industrial, commercial, and residential construction. This includes:

Taking on project responsibility for "on cost - on time - on quality" throughout all phases of construction, starting with bid management and planning, through to construction management, and ending with change management, invoice verification, acceptance, and warranty

Close coordination with all internal and external interfaces

Creating and reviewing schedules (technical/chronological) and commissioning, monitoring, and controlling all trades and subcontractors under technical, economic, and contractual aspects, including acceptance and documentation of services
