**Job Description

  • 2 Days Onsite/Week**Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the HomeGoods, Home sense and Sierra chains. Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors. Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts. Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures closeouts for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned.

Good to Have:


  • 3+ years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred.
  • Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
  • Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical and plumbing criteria would be desired.
  • Experience working on complex projects is good to have.
  • Retail experience is preferred.

Key Strengths:


  • Strong organization and project planning skills are necessary.
  • Adept in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word. Lucernex and Service Channel experience a plus.

$ $48.00 per hour
