    W2 ONLY - NO C2C or 1099

    Seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a large medical devices company in Memphis TN. This will be a 3 month assignment (unless extended further by the client)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

    • Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
    • Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
    • Reviewing of documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
    • Capturing data into digital database systems.
    • Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

    Ability to:

    • Practice strong time management.
    • Communicate effectively and timely through oral and written media.
    • Analyze and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
    • Be collaborative and an active listener.
    • Work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
    • Maintain effective working relationships with coworkers.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
    • Proficient touch-typing skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, WORD, and PowerPoint

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma.
    • 2+ years' experience in a relevant field.
