    DETAILS: Learning & Development Specialist

    COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $70,000 Base, plus Bonus, Benefits on day 1

    LOCATION: La Vergne, TN

    We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to provide support for all learning and development initiatives, including scheduling and logistics of courses, managing classrooms, designing and delivering courses, and entering and reporting learning-related data. Additionally, this role is accountable for overseeing learning-related technologies, such as learning management systems and electronically distributed learning content.     RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning & Development Specialist

    • Provides assistance for Learning & Organizational Development events through instructional, developmental, communication, and administrative activities, which include data tracking and entry, metrics, and reporting.
    • Assists in the creation of training content by utilizing knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design processes.
    • Produces and compiles instructor and learner guides. Offers assistance and/or constructs e-learning content using Articulate Storyline Rise courses and photo/video editing software.
    • Leads and/or co-leads workshops, meetings, and/or small groups.
    • Manages and/or provides support for learning-related technology, which includes learning management systems, SharePoint, Cornerstone, and electronically distributed learning content.
    • Provides AV and technology-related support and services.
    • Manages the tuition reimbursement process through coursework application and reimbursement.
    REQUIREMENTS: Learning & Development Specialist
    • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 1 year experience in adult training and education, learning technology, talent management, and/or organizational development
    • 2 years experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
