    This exciting position offers a competitive experience-based salary starting at $70k, along with additional perks such as:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

    • Execute requests and orders promptly and efficiently.
    • Ability to cover all positions on the line and assist fellow staff when needed.
    • Oversee the production of all menu items.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of workplace safety and emergency procedures.
    • Ensure smooth flow in the kitchen by expediting orders effectively.
    • Adhere to standard recipe cards and plating guides.
    • Monitor refrigeration units, kitchen storage, and keep inventory up-to-date.
    • Collaborate with Events Department to stay updated on menu trends.
    • Verify reservations and specials for service, and communicate effectively with the team.
    • Design and implement daily specials to enhance customer experience.
    • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure tasks are completed according to set standards.
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food quality standards at all times.
    • Attend regular meetings and play an active role in kitchen operations.
    • Assist in daily item ordering and create weekly staff schedules.
    • Motivate and inspire kitchen crew members to excel in their roles.

    FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Regularly review labor and food cost reports to stay within budget limits.
    • Analyze profit and loss statements, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
    • Ensure proper authorization for overtime hours.
