    Job Description:

  • Handle technical support calls from both internal and external service technicians, installers, customers, as well as sales staff.
  • Handle parts order calls and emails including part look up, part identification and part order processing.
  • Provide post sales technical support including equipment troubleshooting and applications assistance via phone, and email.
  • Must always demonstrate excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.
  • Log results of all calls into job service notes.
  • Upon request, provide information such as submittal drawings, wiring diagrams, installation recommendations, or other information as needed.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Approve and process warranty orders as needed.
  • Complete special projects and training as requested by management.
  • Adminstrative Duties:

  • High volume phone calls and emails
  • Updating service team calendars
  • For completion/submission such as tax exemption forms, vendor packets, and insurance requests
  • Parts requests
  • Meter calibration tracking
  • - Scheduling


    • Intake and scheduling of service requests from customers

    • Coordinate scheduling changes and enter notes of local service teams

    - Preventative Maintenance


    Contact customers on behalf of service regions

    • Work with local service team on PM quotes

    • Agreement tracking and renewals

    Qualifications:


    • Bilingual French/English *Imperative*

    • Minimum 5 years of HVAC or Electrical knowledge. (Commercial/Industrial experience preferred)

    • Must know how to thoroughly read electrical schematics.

    • Strong customer service skills.

    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

    • Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written.

    • Must be proficient on computers. MS Office, proficiency in Excel

    • Good problem-solving skills a must.

    Preferred:


    • Building Automation/Controls Experience

    • Excellent data entry and organizational skills

    • Very close attention to detail and accuracy

    • Strong Written and verbal communication skills

    • Able to work with minimal supervision

    • Demandes de pièces

    • Suivi de l'étalonnage du compteur

    Planification


    • Réception et planification des demandes de service des clients

    • Coordonner les changements d'horaire et saisir les notes des équipes de service

    • Creation de contrat de services et maintenance préventive

    • Contacter les clients au nom des régions de service

    • Travailler avec l'équipe de service locale sur les devis

    • Suivi et renouvellement des accords

    Qualifications


    • Bilingue Français/Anglais *Impératif*

    • Minimum 5 ans de connaissances en CVC ou en électricité. (Expérience commerciale/industrielle souhaitée)

    • Doit savoir lire attentivement les schémas électriques.

    • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle.

    • Capacité à travailler sous pression et multitâche.

    • Capacité à communiquer de manière professionnelle à la fois verbalement et par écrit.

    • Doit être compétent sur les ordinateurs. MS Office, maîtrise d'Excel

    • De bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes sont indispensables.

    • Expérience en automatisation/contrôles de bâtiments

    • Excellentes compétences en saisie de données et en organisation

    • Une très grande attention aux détails et à la précision

    • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale
