  • Conducting conversations with installers (via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email) and reaching out to potential and existing customers to answer product and system-related questions
  • Assisting with the planning and design of solar systems for commercial and residential use
  • Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Lead management for the region
