Job Summary:


As a member of the Business Transformation team, this individual will provide project management for initiatives aligned to Merger and Integrations, Strategic Initiative Delivery and/or Organizational Change.

The individual will collaborate with partners in the business, technology, and risk functions.

This individual contributor will provide support, and work with project teams, to build out a project's governance, reporting and tracking, from initiation to closure.

The incumbent will think analytically and communicate regularly with executive sponsors and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope etc. associated with project and establish an audit trail to demonstrate these activities have been addressed.
  • Working with all functional disciplines impacted by the project to ensure 'end to end' planning is comprehensive and will result in a project plan that will achieve stated goals of project.
  • Conduct analysis on program dependencies, progress through the various phase to inform timelines, execution, and business strategy.
  • Provide mechanisms to capture & monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting to functional teams, manager, and stakeholders.
  • Support key program leads and resources in executing key deliverables.
  • Independently identify opportunities to drive project/ programs forward.

  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Work in a fastpaced environment to drive execution of project deliverables from cross functional teams to meet timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.
  • Strong presentation skills, including ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information to create polished PowerPoint presentations for various levels of management.
  • Independent selfstarter who can manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines.
  • Experience managing one or various workstreams.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
  • 35 years of professional experience in project management, product development, business management, or management consulting in the financial services industry.
  • PMP certification is preferred

Salary Range:
$78, ,000.00 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
