We are now seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team If you have at least 2 years of Civil Defense and litigation, please apply below
Represent clients in all phases of Civil Defense Litigation (Businesses, Public Entities and Individuals)
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on legal matters.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Stay updated on new laws and regulations in the civil defense and insurance defense field.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Defense Litigation (Businesses, Public Entities and Individuals)
Proven experience as a Litigation Associate.
Strong knowledge of civil defense litigation and insurance defense procedures and practices.
Strong advocacy skills in the courtroom.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
