    Patient Care Coordinator - Chicago, United States - DecisionOne Dental Partners

    Description

    Overview:
    As the first point of contact with our patients, youll be an important member of the office.

    Youll help our patients feel welcome and supported whether they are coming in for treatment or calling to schedule an appointment.

    You will also assist them with financial arrangements for treatment.

    Schedule (days/hours): Monday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Tuesday 10:00am - 7:00pm, Wednesday 10:00am - 7:00pm, Thursday 10:00am - 7:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday 7:00am - 12:00pm (Friday and Saturday alternate) Responsibilities:

    Greet Patients

    Verify and collect insurance coverage information

    Assist patients with financial arrangements for treatment

    Book appointments, answer general questions, and other associated support


    Qualifications:
    At least one year related experience

    Knowledge of dental terminology

    Strong customer service and communication skills

    Compensation:
    $16 - $21 per hour
