is a Home Care Agency based in Philadelphia, PA Our agency provides care and assistance to those who are disabled and elderly.

We are seeking an individual that is personable, professional, attentive, independent, punctual, and willing. This is a full-time position, 35 hours weekly and includes great benefits. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am-3:00pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm.


Qualifications

• Must have experience in billing and payroll or applicable role
• Knowledge of CHC Insurances
• Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), HBCS services, HHA Exchange Homecare Software and preferably Paychex Payroll System.
• Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid critical thinking and creative problemsolving skills
• Ability to consistently meet goals, commitments, and deadlines
• Ability to build strong business relationships at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong precision and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Electronic billing and payroll processing
• Verification of information
• Record keeping for claims, reimbursements, recoupments and applicable matters.
• Claims investigation and correction
• Monitor claims payments status
• Communicate with insurances regarding applicable matters
• Auditing data for quality control
