Each of our restaurants accentuates Louisiana's culinary history through the use of local ingredients and techniques.The entire team at Dickie Brennan & Company remains dedicated to delivering superior dining experiences through serving locally sourced, updated versions of classic New Orleans cuisine, and outstanding service in our four French Quarter restaurants.
Practice safety and good sanitation habits at all times.Use equipment properly and respectfully and keeps product loss and breakage to an absolute minimum.
Assist with overall organization and cleanliness of restaurant.
Clean and maintain dishroom and equipment properly.
Work efficiently and productively to complete required tasks within assigned time frame with minimal supervision.
Preform housekeeping duties including side work thoroughly and independently.
High school graduate or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; Ability to communicate and understand directions and instructions in English (written and verbal).
Work efficiently with minimal supervision and complete required tasks within set schedules and deadlines.Must be able to maneuver in an office, through restaurants/bars and at outside functions. Must possess finger dexterity to use equipment adeptly.
Must be able to work varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends and holidays, in accordance with restaurant operations and adhere to the attendance requirements of the company.

French Quarter:
Palace Cafe, Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse, Bourbon House, and Tableau.
We also own & operate Acorn Cafe (Located in New Orleans' City Park adjacent to the Louisiana Children's Museum) and The Commissary Kitchen + Market in New Orleans' Garden District and the historic Pascal's Manale located in Uptown New Orleans.
