For our Farbenfroh childcare center in Berlin-Lichtenberg, we are looking for a
Deputy Director (m/f/d) to start on March 1, 2024,
full-time

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the management and development of the educational staff at Farbenfroh
Assisting in creating work schedules and monitoring working hours
Assisting in conducting employee meetings
Assisting in promoting the facility in the community
Coresponsible for organizing safety, hygiene, cleanliness, maintenance, and material procurement
Selfmanagement, work organization, time management, and reflection on your own leadership role
Performing educational tasks in group service
