About the role:


As a Sales Representative your job is to develop strong connections with clients and focus on building long term relationships with a maximum level of mutual benefit and trust.

We pride ourselves on being a repeat supplier for our clients AV needs.

No project is too large or too difficult We want to be pushing the limits of what is possible in order to reach and engage audiences with an exceptional production experience.


We design unique and innovative productions and provide all forms of creative audio visual services to a varied client base including theatre and live productions, concerts, corporate events, event venues, worship spaces and religious organizations and special events.


We are looking for someone to focus on selling all-in AV design and creative services for events, production management, consultations, and equipment permanent installations for the State you live in.

This position is fully remote. Ability to regularly meet clients in person and or be onsite for select shows is required.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new potential clients.
  • Quote all in production services, production management services, creative design, and permanent installations.
  • Close deals to sell all in production services, production management, creative design, and permanent installations.
  • Manage the client relationship once a project is signed.
  • Setup projects to hand off to a project manager once sold.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings as needed to close deals.
  • Create lighting/stage plots and 3D drawings in Vectorworks or other industry standard software to help sell a design. (Not required but is an asset*)
  • Create renderings using industry standard software to help sell a design. (Not required but is an asset*)

Experience required:


  • Knowledge of industry audio, video and lighting equipment.
  • Hands on experience with audio video and lighting equipment.
  • Has experience quoting, signing deals and selling audio visual production for events and or permanent installs.
  • Has strong industry relationships.

Compensation:

The position is paid a base salary plus gross margin commission on projects sold.


Pay:
$38, $50,000.00 per year
