To strengthen our team, we are looking for:
Central Emergency Department Employee (m/f/d)
in full-time or part-time employment
Your responsibilities:
- Management of occupancy in collaboration with the nursing director
- Decisions regarding disciplinary assignment, urgency, and appropriate treatment room, as well as initiating immediate measures if necessary
- Carrying out medical orders (e.g. preparing infusions, administering pain medication)
- Care for severely injured patients (according to shock room management guidelines)
- Providing psychological support to patients and their families
- Proper preparation and followup, as well as assisting in minor surgeries and all other procedures
- Admission management
- Conducting patient triage
- Applying casts, splints, and emergency bandages, as well as possible splinting
Your qualifications:
- Completed threeyear training in health and nursing care
- Enjoy working in an interprofessional team
- Resilience, reliability, and flexibility
- Enthusiasm for learning a new work area
