Introduction:

We are currently seeking to expand our team at SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH for our client in the industrial sector, specifically in the aviation, logistics, real estate, and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities:

Inspection, maintenance, and repair work on technical systems in the areas of heating, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, and compressed air technology (including replacement of boiler systems, pipelines, maintenance of oil and gas boiler systems up to 750 kW, treatment of system operating water according to VDI 2035 and BTGA 3.003 while in operation)
Troubleshooting and optimization of operations in the facilities
Responsible for repair projects and commissioning of complex supply and technical systems

Your Profile:

Training as a heating engineer, pipe fitter, or HVAC technician
Ideally, experience in installing pipeline networks, maintaining heating systems, and troubleshooting and performing repair work
Proficiency in one or more welding processes for joining steel or stainless steel pipelines, and ideally a qualification as an electrical specialist for defined activities (EFfT)
Experience in oil and gas combustion is desirable
Valid driver's license required
