Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:


  • Processing inbound and outbound shipments (e.g. sorting, loading, unloading goods)
  • Picking, packing, and labeling items for dispatch
  • Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and unload product utilizing proper equipment and materialhandling techniques to minimize damages
  • Stages products in accurate zones and utilizes proper material handling techniques and equipment to minimize damages
  • Examines product for damages, documents reasons for damages, notifies supervisor.
  • Verifies SKU's and product information to ensure bar code accuracy and reduce inventory variances, puts away product in appropriate location
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Provides total customer satisfaction through interaction with associates in all departments
  • Completes other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate Requirements:


  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse.
  • Work experience with air and ocean freight shipments
  • Ability to operate forklift proficiently.
  • Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Good moral character.
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
  • Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
  • Available to work extended hours.
  • Language: English & Spanish preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
