BID ASSISTANT
Bernstein Associates is a leading construction and Architectural Photography/Videography company seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide clerical and administrative support streamlining our bidding process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist with quote requests sort through bidding invitations
- Search bid opportunities
- Handle project portals (BUILDING CONNECTED, PROCORE, SMARTBID, BIDSCOPE)
- Communicate with clients to obtain information for quoting
- Organize project documents & specs
- Manage bid calendar
- Make sure quotes & proposals go out by due dates
- Distribute & track quotes and provide to designated clients
- Track new project leads and follow up on quotes sent
- Update & provide capability statements and references
- Complete prequalification forms and portals for active clients as needed

ESTIMATED SALARY $48,000 - $52,000 based on qualifications
