We are seeking a Trainee Performance Marketing (All genders welcome) for the Account Performance Strategy Team for a duration of 12 to 18 months:

These are the tasks that await you:

Creation, optimization, and reporting of social media campaigns for our B2B and B2C business on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Tik Tok
Independent graphic design and management of B2B social media products such as the Insta Story Read
Close collaboration with the VOGUE, AD, GLAMOUR & GQ editorial teams
Support of the Performance Marketing team with presentations, animations, and graphic elements

This is what sets you apart:

You have studied media science, communication science, graphic design, or a similar field and want to gain professional experience in our media company
Intensive social media user, high online affinity, and strong interest in crossmedia thinking
Good knowledge of Photoshop
First experience with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Analytics is advantageous
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a selfresponsible work style
Fluent German language skills, basic knowledge of English
