Role Overview:
Inbound Customer Service Representative
Empire Covers is looking for an experienced agent to join our customer service team.

Our expanding team is a group of energetic, friendly, problem solvers whom work together to help the customer, drive sales and determine how we can consistently improve in a rapidly growing market.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
• Assist in daytoday customer service tasks including, but not limited to:
• Order submission to our warehouse
• Processing return or exchange requests
• Conduct product research and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must have sales experience and strong natural sales ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Highly organized and an ability to multitask
• Experience working in a fastpaced environment

Bilingual a plus: _Actively looking for Spanish and French speakers_

• Past call center experience a plus

Compensation:

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
