Budget Analyst

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $89,500 per year

Location: Cupertino, CA - Hybrid Role

Join us as a Budget Analyst:

Are you ready to dive into the world of finance and data analysis? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Strategy team where you will play a crucial role in supporting business expansion, implementing efficient practices, and overcoming challenges. In this position, you will be involved in crafting annual and quarterly operating plans, focusing on the budget and day-to-day financial processes. Your responsibilities will include managing Purchase Orders, handling invoices and payments, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for easy information retrieval.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain data integrity checks
Analyze and report changes in data over time
Opening and tracking POs
Setting up new vendors
Process invoices for posting and troubleshoot discrepancies
Assist users with tools as necessary
Calculate and reconcile accounts for quarter-end accruals
Perform ad hoc data analyses based on team requests

Requirements and Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in Finance or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Ability to collaborate across different teams to address data requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of financial planning principles
Strong analytical capabilities to identify and solve problems effectively
Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated
