What you'll do with us
- As a Jr. Project Manager, you will actively participate in our projects for the construction of unique pharmaceutical filling and packaging systems for international clients.
- You will take on (partial) project management responsibilities for simpler to more complex projects and manage project execution in close collaboration with the PM lead.
- You will be responsible for creating the initial project plan, taking into account personnel and production capacities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- To ensure profitability and customer satisfaction, you will continuously monitor project progress and consider costs, quality, and deadlines.
- You will participate in internal project meetings and customer meetings, and assist with preparation and follow-up tasks, as well as contribute to the development of methods and processes.
What you'll bring to our team
- You have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or have equivalent qualifications.
- Ideally, you have gained first experience in project management as an intern or working student, preferably in the field of mechanical and plant engineering.
- You have the ability to quickly and deeply familiarize yourself with technical topics, work in a solution-oriented, structured, and goal-oriented manner - with the desire to continuously develop personally and professionally. <
