    Your day as a Home Health - Registered Nurse

    As a new Home Health - Registered Nurse at Inspired Homecare, you can expect a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Your schedule will be flexible to accommodate the needs of our patients, ensuring you can provide quality care when it is needed most. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans and monitor their progress towards recovery. Your case load will be determined by patients' discharge dates and the level of care required, allowing you to focus on delivering individualized attention to each person under your care.

    With a customer-focused approach, you will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

    What we're looking for in a Home Health - Registered Nurse

    To excel as a Home Health - Registered Nurse at Inspired Homecare, you must possess a set of essential skills. Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software is preferred, as it will streamline your daily tasks and help you provide efficient care to patients. Previous experience in the Home Health industry is a must, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle the unique challenges and responsibilities of the role.

    You should be comfortable with traveling to multiple locations to reach patients in need, showcasing your dedication to delivering care wherever it is required. With a full-time commitment, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

    Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

    • Must be willing to travel to multiple locations and maintain full time points
    • Familiar with HCHB is preferred
    • Previous experience working in Home Health required
