Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for processing payroll for the subsidiary companies of Banijay Germany (including Brainpool & EndemolShine),
  • You manage your own payroll areas and are responsible for accurate and timely processing as well as smooth operations,
  • You are responsible for maintaining master and movement data and act as the interface to authorities, health insurance companies, and social security providers,
  • Together with your team members, you provide advice to our employees on all payrollrelated matters.
What you bring

  • You have a commercial education and several years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting,
  • You have excellent knowledge of tax and social security law,
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programs,
  • You have indepth knowledge of at least one common payroll software, preferably Hansalog,
  • You have a selfresponsible work style,
  • You are characterized by a friendly, obliging, and confident demeanor, as well as strong communication skills and teamwork.
