Counterpoint Management is currently seeking a full time, multisite Assistant Property Manager/RSC for a property catering to the elderly/disabled located in downtown Fall River.
The following job tasks are specific but not limited to each aspect of the position:
Assistant Property Manager:
- Work closely with Property Manager and other management staff to address resident concerns
- Complete monthly reporting and review with Property Manager (utilizing the EIV and Yardi systems).
- Collect, calculate and enter tenant rent into the rent computing system(Yardi).
- Complete home visit to homes of prospective new residents.
- Assist Property Manager with tenant 5059 certifications/recertifications on a monthly basis.
- Provide administrative support to Property Manager when needed.
Resident Services Coordinator:
- Act as a liaison between residents and management.
- Develop and implement monthly programming for residents that is social, cultural, and/or educational in nature.
- Conduct home visits for prospective residents.
- Complete assessments for residents who are newly moved in (to identify any unmet needs or applicable resources).
- Obtain Resident Service Coordinator certification and subsequent training within 1 year of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, or related specialty, Or experience relevant to the family housing population.
- Experience in housing management.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources for family populations as well as elderly/disabled populations; including entitlement programs, supportive services and identifying local social service systems.
- Ability and willingness to outreach to the community to maintain strong community relationships and quality programming.
- Ability to identify, assess, select, develop and maintain community service referral partnerships.
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, be responsible, detailed oriented and self sufficient.
- Experience with Yardi.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Health insurance offered after 3 months of employment.
Pay:
$41, $52,000.00 per year
