Nissan Digital is looking for an individual passionate about driving change and transformation to lead our Nissan Pay / Commerce Platform implementation.

As a Nissan Digital Delivery Manager responsible for our new Commerce Platform to support Sales Channels across the Americas you will be part of a team that is driving change and transformation bringing new commerce capabilities and revenue opportunities to Nissan.

This role will lead and drive platform requirements to support multiple sales channels such as our Electric and Connected vehicle programs, captive finance implementation for SignatureFLEX lease and more.

In addition to delivering new commerce capabilities, you will drive the implementation of supporting technologies that will deliver customer communications and provide customer support.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, Solution Analysts and Project Managers to deliver world-class business technology solutions that deliver real value and support new business strategies that will drive the new Nissan.


As the Delivery Manager responsible for delivering new technology assets and enablers for new B2C and B2C commerce capabilities leveraging our Salesforce platforms you will drive the process from ideation through design, execution, implementation and continuous improvement.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Nissan Digital EV, Connected Car and Service Platforms and will be located in Franklin, TN (hybrid / onsite)


Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Independent and ability to quickly and positively adapt to change. Able to manage and prioritize complex workloads.
  • Deliver projects and enhancements in the Salesforce Commerce and Process Automation Domains including Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Payments, Order Management, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Automotive Cloud for Customer Service.
  • Use business insight and comprehension to understand business objectives, transform into desired outcomes and evaluate possible alternative solutions for best fit and alignment to create value added capabilities and deliver those capabilities that help Nissan meet its target state and longterm value.
  • Lead Customer Journey Mapping, Business Process Definition and Design, Technical Solution Development, documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Coach Business Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure requirements clearly state scope of work and capabilities, ensure what we deliver are aligned with the intended business objective(s) and outcomes. Drive out of the box capabilities minimizing customizations to only those that are differentiating or must have.
  • Ensure appropriate resource utilization through project assignments, training and capacity management. Identify and fill gap skills.
  • Develop project cost estimates and secures appropriate budget to fund and support project delivery.
  • Collaborates with peers to develop technology roadmaps, including prioritization of projects and minor enhancements. Recommends and presents Information Systems Mid-Term / Long-Term Roadmap and Strategies.
  • This position supervises direct reports. Provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development.
  • Reinforce a One Team approach and able to build strong relationships with leadership, peers and partners. Work across lines of business domains across the Americas to define regional solutions.
  • Ensures adherence to stated standards, processes, and policies.
  • This position will supervise direct reports. Provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development. Hold regular 1:1 sessions with both peer and reporting team members to align on objectives and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • 7 to 10 years of related professional experience in an Information Systems Management, Business Process Design, Portfolio Management and Project Delivery role.
  • Supervisory experience with five or more years providing leadership, coaching, guidance, and training and contributing to staff development.
  • Proactive selfstarter with entrepreneurial spirit comfortable developing relationships in a large organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Strong influence and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in AGILE/SCRUM software development methodologies and tools.
