Your responsibilities: * As part of our specialty product line, LabChem, you will be responsible for managing customer projects.

You will focus on understanding the needs and challenges of our customers and provide them with solution-oriented and professional support; * You will create internal product calculations and price lists, which will serve as the basis for price and negotiation discussions with customers; * You will conduct audits of customer operations, perform gap analyses, and develop competent and meaningful improvement measures; * You will act as a point of contact for technical topics for both internal and external sales staff and continuously develop their knowledge.


Your qualifications:

  • Completed chemical-technical education supplemented with a commercial training;
  • Experience in auditing and analyzing customer operations;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent in German and English.
