- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
- Facilitate the hiring of qualified job candidates for open positions by extending offer letter packages and facilitating negotiations between hiring managers and candidates for hire.
- Maintain documentation for offer letter tracking, 90-day reviews, employee referral program, and visa-related federal requirements.
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain and upkeep employee personnel files.
- Facilitate the completion of 90-day reviews between supervisors and new employees.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, training, and development.
- Handle employee-related inquiries from applicants, candidates, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Conduct routine audits of personal files and other documentation to maintain compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
