Starting August 1, 2024, we are looking for a part-time (30 hours per week) addition to our team in Münster for the position of Assistant (m/f/d) to the Logistics Manager.

Assistant (m/f/d) to the Logistics Manager What to expect from us: Bring your skills to support and manage projects, take on independent tasks Be the contact person for data protection issues and ensure a trustworthy handling of sensitive information Master office communication: Process incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate inquiries, manage information flow, keep track of deadlines, and handle correspondence Support the Logistics Manager in daily challenges What you bring to the table: Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Ability to independently plan and manage processes for efficient processes Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and analytical and conceptual thinking to successfully interact with various interfaces Proficient in Microsoft Office programs to create professional documents and optimize work processes Reliability, ability to work independently, teamwork, and discretion as fundamental qualities to round off your profile What we offer you: Attractive salary Company pension plan Health benefits Flexible
