Siegel Solutions is a certified business advisor and consulting firm that specializes in QuickBooks consulting and bookkeeping. We provide migration, installation, integration, and implementation of accounting, POS, and ERP SaaS.

Our small business growth solutions help facilitate scalability, operational and financial success by providing real-time analysis, monitoring business' key performance indicators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and creating workflows to enable efficiencies.


Role

Key Responsibilities:


QuickBooks file migrations:

  • Extract appropriate data from source systems, identify and execute required data manipulation, and import scrubbed data into a target QuickBooks file using appropriate date export/import tools such as SaasAnt, Transaction Pro, Cdata.

QuickBooks integrations:

  • Assist with connecting QuickBooks to third party apps, such as eCommerce webstores, external data sources and other software interfaces (such as Shopify).
  • Assist with integration third party reporting and data manipulation tools, such as Reach Reporting, QQube, and QODBC.

QuickBooks file cleanups:

  • Analyzing accounting data to identify problem areas within a QuickBooks data file.
  • Identifying a plan to resolve data issues and executing remediation efforts using appropriate software tools.
  • Communication with Professional Services management on cleanup and project status.

Technology Support:

  • Assist other Siegel Solutions employees and contractors with their use of software tools in our technology stack, including onboarding and training new staff with technology usage.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Liase with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations;
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on tasks and priorities;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Ability to use QuickBooks;
  • Have basic bookkeeping skills;
  • Ability to use and learn technology quickly;
  • Excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel including Power Query, Powerpoint).

Education and Training

  • Bachelors in Accounting is preferred;

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
