POSITION:
Harvest Technician


REPORTS TO:
Harvest Supervisor


SCHEDULE:
Full Time Hourly Monday-Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM


Professional Job Responsibilities:


  • Expertly identify, take down, and trim plants with precision and attention to detail.
  • Operate and maintain the Twister Machine, ensuring cleanliness and optimal performance.
  • Meticulously clean and sanitize work areas to uphold the highest hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and green waste requirements.
  • Work effectively within a cohesive team environment and independently as needed.
  • Climb ladders proficiently to load and unload drying spaces, showcasing physical dexterity and safety awareness.
  • Buck flowers off the main stalk with precision, priming them for efficient trimming.
  • Trim flowers in a timely manner, ensuring a consistent flow and quality output.
  • Maintain acute attention to detail for quality control, promptly resolving any product issues.
  • Skillfully burp bins to ensure even drying processes and terpene preservation.
  • Adapt to sudden changes, adjusting workflows efficiently to meet evolving demands.
  • Perform tasks proficiently in various climates, demonstrating resilience and versatility.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of bins before each use for equipment maintenance.
  • Demonstrate availability and willingness to work weekends as needed.
  • Expertly fluff nets to facilitate effective drying processes, contributing to operational efficiency.
