Job Description / Responsibilities:
- System and application support (1st 3rd level helpdesk)
- Assisting customers with hardware and software issues remotely and onsite
- Installation of workstations and peripherals (hardware and software)
- User management for Windows servers, Wi-Fi, and network printers
- Support for user accounts, computers, and access rights
- Ensuring system availability
- Handling change and incident reports from our customers
- Creating and maintaining IT documentation
Job Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience
- Fluent German / Good communication skills
- Experience with administration of Microsoft products
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure such as Wi-Fi, VLAN, routers, firewalls, and printers
- Knowledge of backup strategies is desirable
- Experience with Windows client management
- Pragmatic and analytical thinking
- Proficient in PC hardware support
