- Monitor bankruptcy dockets and email notifications
- Draft legal documentation like pleadings in State and Federal Court, discovery, motions, notices, forbearance and loan modification agreements, and other case-related documentation
- File and serve State and Federal civil actions, bankruptcy notices of appearance, proofs of claim, motions, objections, ballots and any other case-related pleadings
- Scheduling, calendaring, docketing and prepare for hearings
- 2+ years experience with the creditor side of bankruptcy
- Experience with civil litigation at the federal and state levels
- Working knowledge of state and federal court systems and the ability to understand and follow Rules of court
- The successful candidate will have excellent math, English, writing and grammar skills
- Must be organized, deadline oriented and able to work in fast paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel a must
