Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services to clients in their homes or residential facilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help clients with mobility and transfers
Medication Reminder
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality

Hours:

- Friday:11AM - 4PM / 9 PM - 1:30AM

- Saturday:11AM - 4PM / 9 PM - 1:30AM

- Sunday:11AM - 4PM / 9 PM - 1:30AM

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care, dementia care, or in assisted living or nursing home settings is a plus
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
