This position is responsible largely for residential home maintenance and handyman work for the properties we manage throughout the Upper Valley.

Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge, including but not limited to, general carpentry/handyman skills, minor electrical, minor plumbing, painting, and drywall work.

You may also be expected to be part of our after hours on-call rotation.

The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization, and the accurate and prompt documentation of such work.
