Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, goods, and services.

Resolve customer issues and concerns by providing solutions with empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.

Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.


Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.


Salary:
$ $919.34 per week
