Job Summary:


  • The Security Specialist plays a crucial role in the Nestlé Health Science Security team, ensuring the safety and protection of our people, assets, and reputation. This position reports to the Nestle+/NiM/Zone North America Head of Security and Vice President Deputy General Counsel, with a dotted line to the Senior Security Manager of Nestle Health Science (NHSc). Based at our Bridgewater, New Jersey Headquarters, the Security Specialist will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive suite of security services.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Security team in delivering a range of security services.
  • Support the Security team by assisting with Security Champion support.
  • Assist the Security team in NHSc new hire orientation and contribute to the bimonthly Pulse newsletter.
  • Develop PowerPoint materials on security topics for training, updates, and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain a SharePoint site with forms and best practices.
  • Provide continuity and support by working with access control company representatives and project managers for all NHSC sites.
  • Support the Security team with various ad hoc security duties as required.
  • Maintain support and continuity with representatives of guarding contractors used by NHSC sites.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate or other large organization environment
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Travel may be required

Experience:


  • Highly proficient in using Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lexis Nexus, and other office and securityrelated technologies
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical ability
