#YOURMISSION

  • As "Head of Group Sustainability Management" and member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of sustainability and ESG topics within the Hörmann Group and report directly to the CEO.
  • You will be the central point of contact for sustainability, environment, energy, and ESG topics, and hold a key position with high visibility across all subsidiary companies.
  • You will lead the transformation towards sustainable corporate management and regularly report on progress according to regulatory requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will also include the development of internal business processes, implementation of ESG software, and preparation of the annual sustainability report (in accordance with CSRD and ESRS).

#YOURPROFILE

  • Completed (Master's) degree in business, engineering, or natural sciences with several years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or auditing.
  • Ideally, experience in sustainability management or a related field with a broad understanding of business contexts and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strategic and conceptual competence, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
