Job Details for the Customer Service Representative:

Pay Rate: $17/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and researching solutions
Document all client interactions, transactions, and resolutions
Follow up with clients to address issues and concerns

Job Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

Previous experience in customer service environment
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
