Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible for performing masking methods based on customer product specifications.
Responsible for preparing raw material for masking to include, but not limited to hand wiping and blowing out holes.
Reference blueprints to accurately assess masking requirements specified on print.
Helps monitor inventory levels and the request to purchase supplies and materials to meet production requirements in a timely manner.
Assists in the inspection of the product and notifies the Team Leader/Supervisor of any nonconformances.
Records masking details on the job ticket and any necessary information on the work order as required.
Packages parts to safely transport to production areas.
Accurately complete the necessary forms and adhere to scheduled due dates.
Works safely at all times and complies with all safety regulations while working with Hazardous materials and chemicals.
Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner.
Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed.

Physical/Environmental/Chemical Hazards:

Sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperature and humidity levels, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, limited hand, and air tool use, compressed air (must use hearing protection).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Must be able to differentiate between color variance.
Potential splash exposure near process lines.
Responsibilities are repetitive in nature.
Various chemicals are used in the process.
