Overview:
We are seeking a part-time skilled Installer to join our team with opportunity for full time employment. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various structures and components. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in window installation and retro fit, carpentry, and stucco finishing.


Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of various structures and components according to project specifications
• Experience installing residential retrofit windows a plus
• Operate equipment to transport materials and equipment to job sites
• Utilize carpentry skills to build and frame structures
• Conduct stucco finishing work for foundations and other structures
• Install trim carpentry, including doors, windows, and moldings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stucco finishing, window installation and retrofit, carpentry
• Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and techniques
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
