For our client in Point Isabel, IN, we are currently seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Cost analysis, price negotiations, and contract negotiations
  • Development of cost reduction strategies (process optimization)
  • Sourcing new suppliers on global markets
  • Supplier management, selection, determination, evaluation, and development
  • Representation of purchasing in kickoff and core project meetings
  • Cost responsibility for target costs/budget targets

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or mechanical engineering
  • Optional: Completed training as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
  • Several years of experience in project purchasing, purchasing, supply chain, negotiation, supplier management, procurement strategies, or project management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent SAP-MM knowledge
